Why has the heat been stored deep in the oceans over the last 15 years but not previously???
Sounds like a crock to me.
If heat is slowly building up in the atmosphere then I can see no reason why it wouldn't be spread evenly throughout the ecosystem, ocean and air currents would be distributing this extra heat fairly evenly, yes?
