S/HOLDER: BLT: BLIS Technologies-Share Purchase Plan

As previously advised to shareholders, BLIS Technologies Limited ("BLIS")
intends making an offer to its holders of ordinary shares under a Share
Purchase Plan ("SPP").

The SPP will enable each eligible New Zealand based shareholder to apply for
ordinary shares in BLIS up to $15,000.00 per shareholder.

The board has determined that the price per share for the SPP will be $0.01.

Further details of the SPP will be provided to eligible shareholders shortly.
 The record date for participation will be 11 October 2013.

Shares issued under the SPP will rank equal with all other ordinary shares on
issue in BLIS and will participate equally in all distributions declared
after the date of issue.
