This company has raised a lot of money in the past, at ever decreasing prices. Let's hope after all the excitement in the SP over the last few weeks they have a really compelling reason for this one.

Request for Trading Halt
Terramin Australia Limited (Terramin) (ASX Code: TZN) requests a trading halt in its shares prior to the commencement of trading today, Tuesday 1 October 2013, pending an announcement to the market in relation to the restructure of its debt facilities and a proposed capital raising.
For the purpose of Listing Rule 17.1, Terramin provides the following information:
a) the trading halt is necessary as otherwise trading in Terramin shares may take place in an uninformed market and to allow the debt restructure and proposed capital raising to take place in an orderly fashion;
b) Terramin requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday 3 October 2013 or an announcement to the market concerning the outcome of the restructure and the details of the capital raising; and
c) Terramin is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
