    The $20m initial payment by Novaquest is treated as a debt on the balance sheet, but it is only repaid out of future sales.

    No sales, unlucky Novaquest.

    They are also trying to find a partnering deal to avoid taking Novaquests other $20m.

    Sounds like me not a bad problem to have.
