Lorax, any scientist who submits evidence that global warming is not man made gets ignored, berated, loses funding, or fired from their position. So how can they contribute to the IPCC report? I find it amazing that you actually suggest scientists could contribute to the IPCC if they had research that debunked AGW. Absolutely astonishing that anyone doesn't know the very fact that the IPCC are corrupt.
And no, carbon tax is not a fund for improving healthcare, agriculture, and technological innovation. It is a tax. A vehicle for inflation, transferring funds to crooks, and controlling consumption and production.
