Where they meant to predict La Nina or el Nino? I thought their job was to synthesize the research done by others.

Global warming - not atmospheric warming , nor just ice cap melting , nor just ocean warming, nor land mass warming, nor northern hemisphere warming, not continental warming. it is Global Warming , including all of the components. I did not see any of your poor un published deacons of economic disaster predict anything, ever.
