    no happy punter,

it shows that the media attacks on Gillard, which were attacking her legitimacy from day one, and continued throughout, had an effect.

The failure of the media to understand what minority government means, is indicative. The failure in here of people to understand such basic concepts, is sad.

At the end of the day, they realised they couldn't return fire, and rolled her. It was an act of cowardice, but entirely understandable as well. It doesn't mean Gillard was incompetent, far from it.

I'm amazed at the emotional need in here to hate Gillard, when in fact, you don't understand her. Hate is an admission of failure.

Gillard doesn't hate back (she had her moments of anger sure, but it's not her MO). That is her strength, and mine TBH.

I find some of the references in here laughable. Like, on the one hand Gillard is compared unfavourably with other female leaders, and when you tell them she is held in high regard, the reaction is to denigrate those leaders.

to the ignorant name callers: Obama was a professor of law. Are you?

    BB you are endlessly funny.
