VokaTron, you might be correct and certainly todays market response is more supportive of your theory than mine. i had expected more interest on this news.
The low risk nature of the field suggests to me value should be priced in early ie, post financing. But as we are seeing, its not playing out that way at present. Lets see what happens in 15 days...
