    re: Ann: LNC to Seek Listing on the Singapore... Relisting overseas & then moving headquarters abroad, would that eliminate FIRB scrutiny if you wanted to bring say a filthy rich Russian onto the team, at bargain basement prices....

    I'm confident both men could negotiate a mutually beneficial deal.

    PB & RA don't want to answer to pesky SHs.
