jmg86, your analysis of the financials isn't as straight forward as your $48 million EBIT. 32 centres were acquired in the first half 13. 50% of those only contributed 3 months income the other 50% didn't settle until end of August 2013. The current 33 acquired in the last quarter only settle towards Dec 2013. If you look at forward EBIT, it's closer to $60 - $65 million. Also we have $80 million in the bank to add another $15 million EBIT on acquisitions at 4 EBIT. So when you plug in the numbers at around $80 million EBIT potential on this high growth stock and efficiency it's more like 12/13 PE CY14.
