The 400 mill might be called in only if Bradesco call the loan in under default of the Volto contract. even then still might not be able to call it, that is why they are getting legal advice, you stated they can call the loan at any time . they cannot. As I said it is all in Bradsesco hands, if they dont call in the loan, the 400 mill cant be called in.

So the 400 cannot be called at any time as you state it is not on their hands at the moment.
