    Drugs provide temporary relief ,at times essential relief.

    I won't go into my experiences here except to say that it's my belief that the only thing that has a prospect of working permanently for the longer term is meditation.

    The problem with meditation is that it doesn't give instant results and that you need to do it when you're feeling well.

    The only advice I can give to my friends here is to meditate ,meditate ,meditate.

    You can easily find enough help online or elsewhere to fill all of the egyptian tombs . But you need to start doing it for yourself immediately

    No one else can truly help you ,it needs to come from within ,the power lies within you if you're prepared to make the effort
