had the phone call from Niuminco re my intentions with TNT shares but the real question is.... 'is Niuminco trading while insolvent'
their report end June 2013 liabilitis exceed assets by $1,068,916 and since then have raised $583,898 less expenses this current year
why would the ASX allow a takeover while Niuminco is pennyless?
I pointed out to the phone caller ,he said'I didn't realise that! Who will pay his wage?
