There are reasons these guys never got traction and they don't revolve around the product but more so the company. Now 15 years down the track other products and companies have traction and ate moving ahead.
You really have to look into if any of their patents or products now have a competitive advantage and decide if they can get it out there into the world
I think the market price has pretty much told the story
Some other posters with long memories will have seen all the " news" before and rehashed time and time again leading to no sales.
A punt maybe but not a investment in my books but happy to hear anything positive as have always liked teh idea of teh technology but time has passed much of it by.
