For the info you're looking for Szab just do a CommSec search for the key word "Bonds", the Ann was on the 11/04/13 - everything you want to know is there.

This is the bit I've been pondering:

"Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, the Company may be required to redeem the Notes of all Noteholders in certain situations. For example, upon a change of control of the Company, or a delisting of the Shares from the ASX, Noteholders may require the Company to redeem in whole but not in part such Notes.”
