DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN: DETAILS FOR THE 2013 FINAL DIVIDEND
The price at which shares will be allotted under Chorus' Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2013 final dividend is $2.66.
The price was set based on the volume weighted average sale price of price
setting trades of Chorus shares on the NZX Main Board taking place over a
period of five trading days commencing on 25 September 2013, less a discount
of 3%.
The final dividend of 15.5 cents per share will be paid on 11 October 2013
and a total of 7,071,870 ordinary shares will be allotted on that date under
the DRP.
Participation in the DRP for the 2013 final dividend represents about 31% of
Chorus' ordinary shares on issue.
