Looks like someone really wants out of this company at any price. Doesn't look rational, but then the market isn't. Hard not to see value here, but then I would have said the same at 18 cents, 16 cents, 14 cents etc. I have some at and average of 14.5 and am trying to decide whether to double up, so to speak. Catching a falling knife perhaps :/
