re: 1 for 4 unlisted mean?? Means that along with the extra 100 million FPO's there will be issued 25 million options with strike of 12 meaning at end of June 08 they can be converted to an FPO buy paying 12 cents.
Sadly these have been issued to "sophisticated" investestors and the small man has been snubbed which is not hard to understand if you look at the major shareholders in RPT, but being sophisticated these chappies will immediately dump whilst the price is above their buy at 8 cents.
Not good news in the short term for the small shareholder, but in the long term it's quick money to build the co with.
