Not sure what is the difference between Plan A and C. But the investment horizon should be set in medium/long term (2 years?) with the hope of improved sales, US partnership deal and future approvals.
The short term cash grab (Plan B) is just wishful thinking. It is a pharmaceutical company with talent employees and ambitious managers, not an ATM. Plus the NovaQuest deal made PXS an unattractive takeover target, since the future revenue will need to be shared.
