LONDON Asian Metal 3 Oct 13- With Chinese suppliers out of the office due to the week-long National Day holiday celebrations, rumours have begun to emerge in Europe of an impending price spike in the cerium oxide 99%min market. Sources have suggested that following the holiday, China is to consider raising the customs duty on exported cerium oxide above the current 15% level.
