No news or indication of when the annual report might be out and when we might get re-listed or any info on when we get expect a result on the financing issue. Or the sale of the eastern Operations which should have gone through? Or when we vote on the rescue plan? Or how the dispute resolution is going?

With the sale of the Eastern operations and the H&H money they should have about $9 million in cash to meet operating costs, plus another $5 million line of credit from H&H. I seem to remember they also had a line of credit with their bank. While they may have no long term bank debt they might owe contractors, hire companies, etc money which needs to be paid now. Can they juggle this right so they survive and finally start turning a profit.
