    Hi rjay49,

    Look at it this way. If it ever went to court Im sure ERM could back up their story of consultation with EGO on time delays and cost overruns in emails and EGOs responses. They tell us they complained so what do you think, it was inadvertently left out of EGOs somehow, maybe they forgot.
