    Most demergers take place to unlock value - WMC Ltd (under Hugh Morgan) spun out Alumina and BHP came along and bought WMC Resources.

    The theory is that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole.

    I recently bought into this company with my eyes wide open. I will never ever again buy into a public company that is controlled (voting power) by one person.

    Holding and hoping for an exit on good news.
