The rerate was from the following announcements in late 2010.

Just like back then the SP was similar to were it is now, and just like back then hudson was sticking the boot in, go and read the posts, very funny. Hudson has only just finished wiping the egg from his face from the SP going from 2c to 20c.

I expect a similar scenario if my assumptions are correct and management have been quietly working on similar deals acquiring LV coal and accompanying JV deals just like back then.
