Is anybody else starting to think Mr Bond may be trying to trigger a default event with Convertible Note holders?

Linc can't redeem them before 2015.

Delisting from the ASX & relisting on the SGX is a default event if CN holders want it to be, as far as I am aware.

15% of LNC current MC is approx $98M. Drop a couple of names like RA or GCL ( or both ) becoming cornerstone investors and the MC could be double & some.

Would the asset be easier to spin off without CN holders involved?
