Cook is suddenly and conveniently no longer a director. If there is a case to answer and Cook was complicit, hopefully the fact that he is no longer a Director and is domiciled outside of the US does not excuse him from being answerable.
I wonder whether they will use the excuse of lack of liquidity in attracting institutionals for wanting to release more stock?
Perhaps this is a storm in a teacup - at this stage, it appears to be a legal firm dangling a line in the water hoping for some bites.
