Unfortunately sub 20 seems likely unless CPL can get some investors on board to soak up the stock by the sellers which are gathering- why wait till q1 next year, get out and come in later...
Nothing has really changed from a few months ago- it was always going to a hearing... and even with a hearing it isnt "if" it is when.
I think you will see a change in strategy by the company to achieve first coal...including less capex for the same tonnage....
