    Wang, Onshow is a shorter, he is looking to drive down the price in case you still suspect he is looking to go long on ROC.
    The last thing he wants you to do is physically buy ROC shares around 46-49c while he is looking to drive the sp down.
    That is why he wants you to wait until the sp has recovered above 50c before you buy in.
