I agree that PDN management have been terrible and you can only blame John borshoff , as he has ruled the ship.
For years i was watching him lose millions, as though the cash flow rules did not apply to him
He has completely destroyed the value in this company in the last 5 years. No chance of milking shareholders again.
The good thing for him was a huge sell down in his personal holding some time ago, and yes he cut his huge salary by 10 %
