Hi rastes, I don't think mgmt would want to acknowledge IMC's position or intention, as it would also draw unnecessary attention to themselves and their ability to manage (independently). I think asf made the point some time ago (rightly) that it is not uncommon to have members of boards that include reps from major shareholding companies.

My concern all along is that mgmt have been complicit in whatever IMCs ultimate intention is (unproven on my part of course). Given that we haven't been told anything regarding this, it leaves us to simply speculate as to the reason or intent. Does no-one else find this concerning?

Perhaps we might get lucky - perhaps after IMC has secured most of the shares it will then make a premium offer on the remaining.
