Prof. Peter Hartley ... former Casino residen t, talked about Casino CSG and Metgasco back in August 2011.
The reaction from NIMBYs at the time (maybe still is) was that Prof. Hartley worked in Rice University in the field of environmental economics and it's funded by big oil and gas etc. Blah blah....
You realy can't educate these people, perhaps they are politically oriented as well.
