Yes his or her fingers must have been smoking trying to get this to the web. 2% plus another 25% copper = 27%.
I like the 2% NSR on current licences. All we need to do is give our exploration licences to VOR let them drill holes and then they can give it back for a few shares in AVB we have a loophole.
