well if a major lender @ 58 mil and Blackrock @ 12 mil are showing more than confidence in the current market, one can only do their own assessment in favor of that AVB,has nothing but GOOD TO GO has written all over it,otherwise why the hell would they sign of on the money/project and invest in AVB.

Now that we have the final 12 mil in the bank stage one can commence and surely a re-rating of the SP is not to far of if not sooner as astute investors know that this entry level sp is ridiculous low with current credentials in place.
