DIRECTOR: IFT: Acting Chairman
Infratil announced today that the Board had appointed Mr. Mark Tume as Acting
Chairman, whilst Mr. David Newman is on medical leave. Mr Tume has been an
independent director of Infratil since 2007, and is currently Chair of the
Audit and Risk Committee.
The Board also advises that Mr Paul Gough, an independent director since
2012, will be added to the Audit and Risk Committee and will Chair that
Committee.
