Kenmac1 ... I've got a couple of million and will also support ERM's proposal. I hope they make it perfectly clear & simple in their letter to shareholders as to exactly holders need to respond. Some previous efforts have been rather confusing to reply to because of double negatives, jargon & inexperience.
BTW, your disclosure shows 'no stock held', so you'll need some to vote at all!! ;-)
