Yes i have been wondering about that also, they needed an operating licence from DER by the 30th Sept, obviously the banks required this and was a potential show stopper but it would also mean that the company was operating without a licence, potentially meaning fines and care and maintenance until this was resolved. i haven't seen anything on DER website. Does make you wonder what is going on... they should be informing us of what has or is taking place and what the issues are in obtaining the licence, as the deadline has been and gone.
