not sure i get the wave .004s 'hitting' the market
all that received the .004 were previous shareholders at a much higher price
if they were to hit the market with a flood of .004s after the raising has been placed and trading then i challenge that idea.
nice way to average down but i would say they are hitting the market with some .009s - .012s
not to mention the nice cap gains tax bill from considering the short term strategy...
just putting it out there
