Just dawned on me.
We are forgetting "Goliath"...NNW (Wuxian)
Perhaps more advanced than SMA ,but similar business & partnerships.....In the same market.
The market put a value of $450m on NNW & decided to ascribe 10% of this value to SMA.
Two scenarios may evolve:
1) The percentage of SMA to NNW remains at 10%.
2) The market may decide in his wisdom to be more generous to SMA & push SMAs valuation to say 15 or 20% of NNWs.
My metric will be at least SMA 10% of NNW.
Worth putting NNW firmly on your watch list.
