This is October, the month that will see the SP bottom, it will also be the month where the rebounce commences. Just be prepared for it, unless you are in, you may miss the rebounce when it comes.The rebounce seems to have commenced for ICG and MNC, BGS could be following soon. However do you own research on your individual situation, like the saying "caveat emptor".
