yes, it's the same YT. apparently they were really peeved not to secure the offtake agreement and funding deal with ytc. sounds like they've got greater concerns at the moment, certainly the chairman does ...
i don't know how the two finance/offtake deals (yt and glencore) stacked up on purely financial terms but i'm sure that glencore's technical and operational experience with csa would have been a massive factor in the decision.
