    Motion was passed to re-zone the land for Rex on 11th Sep council meeting.

    The motion was rescinded on 8th Oct after the mayor and another 2 councillors revealed they hold RXM shares.

    The vote on this motion will be re-scheduled and those with conflict of interest will need to sell their shares or abstain I guess.
