MARKET RELEASE
Trading halt for Xero Limited pending capital raise

The ASX and NZX have, at Xero Limited's request, placed a trading halt on
Xero Limited's shares.

Xero requested this trading halt while it undertakes a capital raise.

Xero expects to update the market with a more detailed announcement on Monday
14 October, 2013.
