Yeah, good idea. Let's get rid of people who know the company, have the support of executive and other board members, have extensive experience and contacts in biotech and are exactly doing what the shareholders voted for, and replace them with someone who has no experience whatsoever in biotech or at board level and whose platform for election was (is?) a protest vote based around 'lets tell shareholders more', without actually explaining how that would happen in a commercial in confidence setting. Sounds great.

Not sure that sort of change would really engender much enthusiasm from prospective partners either, who I imagine would likely prefer to work with a stable board with biotech experience.
