The only reason I would want AC's phone number would be to arrange a donation so that he can buy some AVB shares.

This finance deal won't be finalised in the short term. We have made progress for sure. A person would be kidding themselves if they said they were not frustrated.

I have said it before and I will say it again, rightly or wrongly AVB management did themselves no favours by "promising" at the last AGM that mine construction would start mid this year. I don't believe that there were circumstances beyond their control so either it was a lack of experience dealing with finance or boastful exaggeration.

I work in the construction industry. One thing I have learnt is that you must give realistic forecasts to management and you must set realistic milestones for your staff.

I hope that AVB will make good in the Q3 Report.
