The shareholders of both companies need to band together and somehow use that collective to put pressure on the management of both Co's. For too long there has been an us vs them mentality between shareholders of the two Co's but the reality is that we are all getting screwed by inaction in my opinion.
I don't know how, if only we could start a joint subforum so we could all get our heads together rather than the bickering it would be a step in the right direction. There are some very clever minds in the shareholders ranks of both Co's and it's time we all worked together so we can see some sort of improvement before we're all dead and gone.
