If you think the share registry is going to blow out to 6 billion, I'm guessing you are going to buy in as soon as you can. Because that will mean that the largest tranche of options, with exercise date at the end of the year, will be in the money at 2c and hence the share price will be at least 3-4 times what it is now.
To me it is looking increasingly unlikely, but it is the only logical conclusion if you take that view.
