Alright, based on researches, analysts, Glencore prediction & reality, zinc stock level is plummeting drastically. I drew a scenario what it may look like in every 9 months interval. (Remember IBG is debtless & construction ready & offtake secure). So in May 2015, stock level would have -40% drop to 500,000 from all time high of 1,240,000 in Dec 2012. In 2016, stock level would be less than 300,000, that's when IBG hoping for production. Imagine the zinc price by then.
