My interpretation re the criteria is different to your interpretation.
If other techs are commercially proven on lignite (in other words, lignite that has similar characteristics to LV lignite) they would not qualify for ALDP funding.
What are these characteristics?
% of fixed carbon, moisture content, sulfur, ash, volatile matter etc.
