HSBC Nominees (aka 'the bot') offloaded another 7 million shares since my last post on this. Most days its doing this at a rate of 250K per day.
Adding in the figures from annual shareholder reports, we can see HSBC Nominees shift in holdings over time.
HSBC Nominees has sold 16,987,795 shares since Dec 2012. Could this be a single holder selling who had picked up 17,807,716 shares between Sep 2011 and Sep 2012? If so, the BOT sell down could be about to end.
As we know, SHE has been a tightly held stock. The bot action, IMO, has manufactured a wonderfull buying opportunity. The Kelly's look to be on the ball!
