‘Mobile Wallets’ will mean that consumers will not need to carry cards to make a payment, so that could have an impact on the uptake of PayClip. Also Paymark does 75% of all electronic transactions in NZ and it already does eCommerce and mCommerce, and it is prepared to change and improve its technology. It is certainly worth keeping an eye on competitors offerings.
